All conference rooms in the Park Inn Mannheim have the following facilities:
The Park Inn Mannheim offers nine conference rooms on the ground floor varying in size from 24 qm / 250 sq ft to 330 qm / 3500 sq ft are the ideal setting for events, celebrations and meetings with between five and 300 persons. The Jupiter Room can be divided into three parts of 110 qm / 1200 sq ft each and is equipped with conference technology that is right up to date: beamers integrated in the ceiling can be controlled individually from touch panels in each room. A modern light and sound system provides variable lighting scenarios with spotlights, dimmable lights or large decorative lights in retro style and perfect control of the desired sound.
A door leading to the 120-space car park, which is available to our guests free of charge, can be used for making deliveries all at ground level - for automobile or motorcycle presentations, for internal company exhibitions or product presentations.
Meeting- and Coffee breaks can take place in the 150 sq m / 1600 sq ft multipurpose foyer and, in fine weather, outdoors. The restaurant terrace and the adjacent garden have space for up to 300 people at receptions, barbecues or conference breaks.
Our experienced banquet team guarantees professional service for your events - from handling enquiries to the catering itself and settling accounts.
Depending on the time of year, we can offer attractive flat rates for conferences. Please ask our events team for details.
